In light of everything that is going on, one thing is still the same, this young man saw death as the only way to get peace.  Playing the coulda, shoulda, woulda will not bring ALL those souls back.  Blaming who should have done this, or why did they not do that will not explain why the violence occurred in the first place.  If it will bring back that day, to an hour before it happened, then by all means discuss away.  Otherwise, we need to focus on what was going on with Salvador Ramos (the shooter) to choose his 18^th birthday to die. 

What was troubling him so much that he was okay with killing children.  Did he not have ANYONE he could confide in about what he was about to do?  Was his DM to a random his last chance at a cry for help?  These are the questions we should be asking, why?  It may stop the next person from taking souls, including their own, the next time.  The solution does not fall with government, it falls on us.

These are OUR children, OUR babies so WE need to pay more attention to them or WE will be ones at a lost for words when they do something they cannot take back.
