“And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child’s soul come into him again.” https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/1-Kings-17-21/

The story last week breaks my heart.  We lost another angel to bullying who felt taking their life was the only answer at 10 years old. At 10 years old, this baby has not had a chance to live life fully before she took her own life.  The story, Black Student Isabella Tichenor Dies by Suicide in Davis School District, Where DOJ Says Racism Is Rife (thedailybeast.com), goes into some detail on the circumstances of what started it all.

The mother now has to try to live her life thinking “Could I have done more?”  Did I miss the signs?”  This mother has to now try to explain to her other children what happened and why their sister choice death over life.  This mother will always wonder if something was done sooner, when she brought it to the district’s attention, would if have saved her child.

This story is sad, and heartbreaking, on soooooooooo many levels.  I ask that you listen to the podcast (https://setyoursoulfreewithstefanie.buzzsprout.com/) or the Youtube video

(https://youtu.be/SMhoGKX47lM) to get the full affect of this story.  This is why I have no problem standing alone, fighting for these babies.  Giving them a voice, being an outlet for them to talk to when they feel no one else is listening to them.  Being that voice to get the conversation started between them and their parent or between the parent and their child.

I have started breaking the foundation on building a new village for the babies to come to where they feel safe, respected, valued and loved.  Who’s willing to help me?
