We are going to talk about how me having low self-esteem has affected me and the choices I made growing up and how it still affects me now. I could not write a blog because the memories of pain, hurt and rejection would resurface and I would not have been able to talk about it too. So, I chose to write less and speak more so I can start the healing process after 30+ years.
