31Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you. –EPHESIANS CHAPTER 4 KJV (kingjamesbibleonline.org)
Jesus hung, bled and died to save your soul, and how do you thank Him?
Sunday, March 27, 2022, the Oscars were on television. What everyone is talking about is the slap heard around the world. All that preparation, planning and excitement was wiped away because of the actions of Chris Rock that caused the reaction of Will Smith. This also showed the world that money, fame and status mean nothing, and they are just like the rest of us when we let anger get the better of us. This also goes to prove what I have always said, what was funny one day is not funny the next day.
Whereas Jada just rolled her eyes, Will took it personally. Chris’ action had a negative reaction and he had to have known that it may not end well when he told that joke.
These verses say you should let all anger in you to be put away, with malice (desire to cause pain, injury, or distress to another). This means if someone does you wrong in anyway saying, or doing, something hurtful is not the right response. Neither should you lay hands on someone because of something that was said. This would apply Will, just because of the foolish words Chris Rock said did not justify Will getting out of his seat, walking on the stage and laying his hand on Chris.
Words do hurt, don’t get me wrong, but is it worth fighting over, is it worth killing someone over? You would be surprised how many people would say “yes”. Now I applaud Will for apologizing for his actions, on stage. It is hard for us to own the wrong we have done regardless of who wronged who first.
That night is something Chris, and Will, will have to live with for a long while. I have faith all 3 of them will work it out because they are friends. Friends work out their issues once all parties have time to cool and thing for a second. For those who purposefully harm and/or kill people don’t judge them, pray for them.
Pray to the Father that He heals them from whatever it is that has them feeling taking lives is the best course of action. So, pray for Chris, Will and Jada that they will work this out so everyone can move on and learn from this situation so it doesn’t happen again to anyone else.
It also says to be kind to one another and forgive one another as God has forgiven you. Someone tells you don’t look as good as you thought you did…you are ready to fight. Jesus was picked on and talked about but yet He still forgave. So, what makes you so special that you cannot do the same? With all Jesus had to put up with and endure, what do you got to be so angry about?
You want to know about anger? Try to ask a victim of domestic violence who could have been physically handicapped, disfigured or dead if someone didn’t stop the abuser. Question someone in prison serving life, with no possibility of parole, because they lost their temper hitting or killing someone. Ask a scholar who had the world at their feet and lost everything because of one angry decision
Today, work on your anger. The devil knows what, and who, can set you off. Don’t let him get you today. It will take a daily effort, but soon, things will just roll off you like rain water on a freshly waxed car. You can do it!!! Don’t think you can, know you can.

Hi, I believe your blog may be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog in Safari, it looks fine however, when opening in I.E., it’s got some overlapping issues. I simply wanted to provide you with a quick heads up! Besides that, excellent blog!
Bless You, I will look into it.
